The creation of a system of distance learning involves different actors requiring high skills in both the educational and technological fields. For this reason, Teleskill offers its know-how to facilitate and support the adoption and use of customer solutions for Distance Learning.
The methodological support includes all activities of "coaching" for the definition of patterns of use and related instructional strategies, aimed at better integration of different methods of delivery (presential, collaborative, synchronous live, asynchronous on-demand ...). This service is also the customer service in identifying the most appropriate mode of tutoring for the training session.
The management services are intended to support the client throughout the duration of the training, from the administration of users, the contents delivery, the monitoring of the accesses, until the final evaluation.
Technical assistance is available to assist the trainer in the preliminary definition of the intervention, the organization of teaching materials, in its online publication and the identification of an appropriate reporting of features. The service also includes all activities devoted to graphic and functional customization of the environment.
During the year there will be a technical help desk technician I or II level for the final users or the trainers.
