Description and functioning

Currently, Teleskill's proprietary solution dedicated to the development of the online mediation process is the only authorized by the Ministry of Justice, as is apparent from the minimum requirements provided by the Ministry.

The mediation on line solution proposed by Teleskill is based on dedicated media services offered to a Live Meeting Room on the Web with features specifically dedicated to support the activities of the legal mediation.

The titular institution (e.g. Board of Mediation) attaches a specific mediation webroom to a Room Manager  (“the Mediator”) by providing a management personal code dedicated to the mediation and the respecting mediation room. The room is active 24h a day, accessible by the Room Manager and other stakeholders throughout the mediation period (120 days from the opening of the dedicated room).

The Room Manager convenes  from time to time participants of the mediation by communicating the specific code for users to access to the dedicated room.

The holder of the WebRoom communicates through its own channels (e.g. by its personal e-mail, telephone,…) to participants “Date and time” of the meeting.

The holder and participants access to the home page of the website (e.g. see the picture) at the fixed date/time  where they enter the access code received.
