Mefop SpA (Company for the development of the Pension Fund Market) was founded in 1999 by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, which holds the absolute majority of its shares. It sees the participation, in various capacities, of a wide range of pension funds, pension funds, health funds and market entities (SGRs, custodian banks, insurance companies, service companies). Mefop’s objective is to encourage the development of pension funds and other forms of complementary welfare (integrated welfare), also providing training and communication activities at multiple levels, starting from schools up to the management of welfare investors, through a specific offer of higher university education, moments of public reflection and seminars and training courses.
Most of these training activities are provided in e-learning mode thanks to the Mefop Academy and Teleskill applications, including Teleskill Live, a synchronous Webinar / Virtual Classroom system integrated into the Mefop Academy platform, including the recording function, for the creation of multimedia training pills.
Teleskill also takes care of the activation, management and maintenance of Mefop Academy and related support and assistance services for the e-learning platform.
